Wire Wrapped Pendants: Lets Talk Hearts!

by Rose Smith
(Chepstow, Monmouthshire, UK)

Description: Four wire wrapped pendants. Various gemstones. Come take a look at what I made.

What do we do with 'Hearts?' I found them a challenge to wrap, so set about working on the challenge.

So far I have come up with a few different techniques. The prongs seem to be the best. Since I found square craft wire, this method works so well I do it almost every time.

I have sold two of these hearts so far, and two of the Turquoise hearts not shown have also been sold.

Seems Hearts are loved by all.

The Turquoise ones where given to me as a gift from a friend as part of a necklace, I undid it, now enjoy making them into pendants.

The Stone Heart comes from a charity shop. Again it was taken apart then refinished as a pendant. The others come from my friends crystal supply.

All are different sizes and shapes of hearts, all are awesome to work with.
