Why Does Toggle Clasp Keep Opening?

Hi,

I just recently found your site and love it. My question is:

In an already complete toggle clasp bracelet, what would be the reason for the toggle commonly opening up and the bracelet falling off?
I'm left handed and it doesn't happen to me, but when I make it for others, it has been an occasional issue (if that could have anything to do with it).

I have a similar situation and I think it is because your bracelet is too loose and the slack allows the toggle to dislodge from the circle.
