Where to buy the basic supplies in the Philippines?

Hi there,

I want to know where to buy the basic supplies for jewelry making? I live in the Philippines. I am not sure what shop to look at. Like if it is hardware for instance. I am a beginner with no experience at all. I hope to find my way here.

Please advice.
