Where to Buy Stretchy Cord to Make Child's Choker Necklaces?

Where can I purchase a stretchy product (elastic/cord) to make a child's choker necklace with? I recently bought my 6 year old daughter one and would like to make more.

The necklace is made of a soft material that comes in the form of a circle and is available in different colors. It is not a cord that needs to be tied or sewn. It comes as a complete circle that you can attach a pendant to.

Thank you to anyone who has an idea where I can purchase this product!

Stretch loops

I purchased a bag of stretch loops at MICHAEL's. The type that you would use in a loom. THEY DO NOT WORK as they do not stretch enough for a bottle cop necklace.

Use child-size tights

I had the same dilemma. I took a pair of child's nylon tights that I purchsed at WalMart, cut off the legs and then just cut small strips down the legs. They were just the right size!

Here is what you use: It's the nylon loops that are used for a Children's loop and loom kits.

Alex Loop and Loom refills are good ones.
