I want to make a friendship necklace but I don't know where they sell the twine or the brass nuts/washers?

Home Depot is a great source for various sizes and thickness of washers, nuts, etc.

Twine can be picked up at any hardware store,garden center or craft store.

FYI - double your twine wrap with some wool or cross stitch thread and sew on a button; it makes an awesome friendship bracelet.

Just a thought.
