Types of stringing material

There is silk, nylon, wire, thin about 36-30 guage, They come in different colors.
Then there is the wire that has 7 strands in it, I wouldn't suguest wire with less strands, unless there is a new kind out there I don't know about. You can get them cheaper when the wire is harder and stiffer, the softer and looser hanging the wire is with the beads on them are more expensive, but worth it. They come in different colors too. You use crimp beads to end the strand with this wire.

You can find all of the stringing material that you will ever need or want here:

Once you find something you like, put that material into the search engine (it's on the turquoise bar above) and you'll get pages and pages of stringing ideas.

floss thread
by: Anonymous

I use a simple floss thread. It is most commonly used for needlepoint, scrapbooking, or friendship bracelets. The bracelets, necklaces, anklets, and more thatt you can make with just very inexpencie thread are incredible.
