Trouble Making A 2-Part Mold With Polymer Clay

I have been trying to make a 2-part push mold of a bead that I like for 2 days.

Every time that I have tried, the middle of the mold (on the bottom) seems to dent in. Then the bead does not fit properly for me to make the 2nd half of the mold.

I am pretty new at this, and I may be doing something wrong that I am not aware of.

If you have any tips, please let me know.
