Time Management-24 Hours Are NOT Enough :o)

Having been out in the workforce before I got to the point where I could not work anymore, I was used to having my life regimented. Now I know there will only be 24 hours in each day, for some reason..it never seems like enough.
My time management skills are badly in need of over-hauling...Any suggestions?
