Sterling Silver Wrapped Charoite Bridesmaid's Necklaces

I wanted each to be unique, yet comfortable together like the girls themselves.

I wanted each to be unique, yet comfortable together like the girls themselves.

I truly poured my heart into these necklaces. They involved a lot of trust and artistic license from the bride...I made them for my brother's wedding, so they had to be absolutely perfect.

These took months to plan, design, and bring together, but I think they were so worth it.

I acquired the small 10x12 mm cabochons from a fellow Etsian from Oregon, then hand-wrapped them in .925 Sterling Silver. I added a single A-grade freshwater pearl to the front of each bail, then strung each one on a simple, elegant Sterling Silver box chain.

Each necklace has a matching set of hand-wrought earrings also adorned with silver and pearls. Sorry I don't have them pictured here. The lowest one in the photo was a gift for the bride.

Thank you everyone so much for your kind complements. Its so nice getting positive feedback.

Making jewelry can be a bit stressful when you have such stunning materials to work with, but you're thinking..."Please don't mess this up, don't scratch the stone, don't overwork the metal...oh my!"

Simply Stacy. I love your beadwork. Thanks for the site reference. Its always nice to see other artists work. Very inspirational!
