Forging - AKA Bang Banging with a Hammer

I love forging.  I'm not sure why but whacking at metal with a hammer always makes me feel good inside. 

Watching other people whack with a hammer is good too (especially if you can't do your own whacking whenever you want for others-in-the-house-sleeping and other similar reasons)

So, shall we enjoy some ring band forging action?
