Inverse Chevron Friendship Bracelet Pattern
The Inverse Chevron Friendship Bracelet Pattern is just like the Chevron bracelet; just the starting point is different. The minimum number of colors is two, and the maximum is up to you.
What you need:
Things to know before you begin:The knots used are forward (F) and backward (B). Step 1Cut strands to desired length. For this particular pattern, 60 inches will produce approximately a 6 inch (including loop and knot) tight bracelet. Step 2Fold strands in half and make a loop and knot at the top. Pin the knot to your workstation pillow. Step 3Arrange colors: 321 123. The inner strands (cream) will be used first.
Step 4Starting in the center and join the cream strands together with a forward knot.
Step 5Make two more forward knots with the cream strand. Step 6Make two backward knots with the cream strand that is still in the center. The color arrangement should now be: 132 231.
Step 7Continue steps 4 – 6 until you reach the desired length.
Step 8.Divide the strands into two sections, and braid each group.
