How Would I Weave A Union Jack Bracelet?

Hi, I'm interested in making a woven floss bracelet with the Union Jack on it, measuring about 5-6 inches in length and 1 inch width.

I can't find a detailed pattern/instructions set anywhere.

How would I make that?
