How to untwist square wire...?

Hi,
I'm making bracelets and using square wire. I carefully cut it and straighten it, but there always seems to be a slight twist that needs to be fixed in each wire. It is taking me forever to get them all 'right' to work with them.
Is there an easy way??!!
It's driving me nuts! :]
