There are glue on bails available and can be found in precious metal and non-precious metal. You can do searches for pendant bails or briolette bails or bell caps with loops. These you use with 2 part epoxy to glue the briolette into the cap. Sometimes small pearl cups will do the trick as well. You just have to find one without a post (which is used for half drilled pearls).
