How to Make Rosary Beads?

My best friend's son is starting religion classes and I would love to make him his rosary. Not being Catholic I haven't the foggiest idea on how to set up a pattern of beads. I'll be waiting for an answer.

I have put a website URL at the bottom. This is where I learned to make the chain type Rosary. It has great detailed instruction on how to make one.

Also has parts for your Rosary. They can be made of simple wire or for an easier Rosary you can use eye pins.

I found info on how to make them from cord by doing Google searches too. There are many ways to make a Rosary but all have the same pattern.
This site shows that pattern.

I happen to be Catholic and I know how to make a Rosary. You can buy any kind of bead you want then go to RosaryParts.com and get some parts. The site also has a page that shows you how to make a rosary.

First I would like to thank all of you who helped me.

I went to the local church and received loads of encouragement and help.

The Rosary is done. The child loved it and so did Grandma, Mom and the instructors at the church.

I used sport ball beads and found a connector bead at a flea market.

Thanks again to all who offered help.
