How to Make Macrame Ring

I recently stumbled upon a picture of some macrame rings that I would LOVE to figure out how to do. Then I stumbled upon your site and it is GREAT! I have already got out my embroidery floss and started on some of the ones you show. Thank you!
Do you have a "How-To" for something like the attached picture?
