HOW TO MAKE IMAGE COLLAGE SHEETS FOR ALTERED ART CHARMS?

OK, I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how to take images I want to use for my altered art charm bracelet project and resize them to fit 1" circle charm blanks.

Can anyone help me with this? I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed right now.
