I was at an art show and saw a sterling silver chain necklace that tied in the front. The ends had pieces of polished shell or sea glass or semi-precious stones for decoration. It allowed you to double it up around your neck to make a short necklace or go only once around to make it longer. I failed to get the card of maker and wonder where to find or how to make my own.
