Why would you put a clasp on a necklace on stretch cord? If you are using stretch cord, there shouldn't be a need for a clasp. Just pull it over your head.

If you don't want your knot to show, cover it with a crimp cover. Another idea - Use a bead with a hole big enough for the knot to fit into, so that would be the last bead - or the first bead - you put on the stretch cord. Don't forget to put a dot of glue on your knot. I use E6000 Clear.
