How to Bead a Swarvoski Crystal Heart? (Single Not Puffy)

I bought some jewelry from a girl who makes her own jewelry and she made me a heart bracelet with Swarvoski crystals.

I cannot get in touch with her so I've been looking every where online to find out how to make them??

There is a webiste i came across but the heart doesn't look the same and it doesn't offer a video, just instructions. I find the instructions to be a bit difficult if you're a beginner.
