Brass Bird and Spiral Earrings

I have realized that it takes a certain kind of person to wear some of the larger or more off the wall things that I create and more often than not these pieces stay with me longer than others. I am okay with this :]

So, when I do sell one of these pieces I am overjoyed that someone loves them enough to buy them and might even wear them!

I made these earrings months ago and finally sold them at my annual office craft fair. They were the very first sale I made that day! Even before the fair had officially begun.

The woman who bought them later came back and bought another piece that would fall into the same "off the wall" category.

Anyhow, I love these. They were so fun to create and I loved looking at them for the months that we were together. I am so glad that they have found a happy home.

The photo has a filter on it but these were made from antique brass stampings and findings and capri blue crystal bicones.
