In steps 4 through 7 it goes on about what knots I should be doing on the right but that leave the left (#1) blue strand completely untouched.
Should I be doing each step on the left as well with reversed knots?
For example;
Step 4
Starting on the right and using the blue (#1) strand, make a backward/forward knot. The color position should not have changed
Would I do the same thing on the left only doing a forward/backward knot?
Step 5
Using the orange strand (#2) on the right, make two backward knots.
Would I do the same with two forward knots on the left?
Step 6
On the right and using the blue strand (#1), make a forward/backward knot. The blue should remain on the outside when finished
So would I do a backward/forward knot on the left?
And If I did repeat all the steps on the left with reversed knots would that mess up step 7?
Step 7
Using the orange strand (#2) on the left, make three forward knots, joining the orange strands (still #2) with the final forward knot. The color arrangement should now be: 1342 2431 (blue-taupe-green-orange, orange-green-taupe-blue).
But if I don't repeat all the steps on the left (with appropriate/reversed knots) then what happens to the left blue strand? It is never mentioned till step 9, which is an optional step.
