You might have dozens of beading ideas and concepts already in your mind and believe that you are going to make them all.

Here are the 5 steps you need to make it happen.

Step One

Before you do anything else, please take a little while to do a bit research on the internet for jewelry making supplies and decide whether this is for fun or for profit. This will impact the quality of stones you are going to get and the cost it may occur.

Step Two

You need to find the suitable needles. Just spend time to learn work out the type of needle you are most likely to use and write down the size. Or you can just simply buy the whole pack which includes all different sizes.

The higher number they are, the finer type of needles they are going to be.

Also you'll need wax to keep the threads from tangling so you are able to thread the beads on.

Step Three

Search for broken jewelry and reusable beads, as much as you can at home or somewhere else. Go to markets and garage sales to look for pretty stones, antique buttons, and unique objects.

Step Four

Find a beading board with built in measured channels to arrange beads before stringing. This will give you a preview of how your jewelry will look like.

Step Five

Get your materials organized and put them into the storage tubs with dividers. Save beads and charms into the glass jars as the decorations. Now, you ready to create.

In summary,

I like to start out with a new hobby by not spending too much money. Here is a list of the supplies we discussed to begin beading from the above 5 steps:
