You can always bead them, tubular peyote works great. They make great key rings if what you have are small or great pot holders if you have some that are large. The only thing that limits you is your imagination.
If you want to share any I'd love to have some. Hubby stopped hunting so I don't get them any more.
They also make great buttons, saw them into circular wedges drill holes and you have buttons.
The American Indians utilized the entire animal when they hunted there was no waste. You can check out some of their sites for more Ideas too.

For smaller ones you could wire wrap them and make pendants for a leather cord.

Make buttons by cross-cutting into wafers, then drill holes. These would be inappropriate on dainty, filligree type sweaters, but look great on campy, woodsy, football game sweaters or vests. Try to match them in size.
