Anchoring Large Hole Beads On Leather Cord

I am making necklaces and bracelets that have a strand or two of leather cord and want to position a few large hole beads on the cord.

How do I get the beads anchored when the hole is larger than the cord?

I would use a small amount of E-6000 glue.

Couch the large bead with two spacer beads. Pick spacer beads that have large enough holes to get on the cord and large enough they can't get pushed up under the focal bead.

Knot the cord, spacer bead, focal bead, spacer bead, knot.

You can hide knots with knot covers or large crimp bead. They have ones you turn a screw inside to tighten so the shape is not crushed but remains tube-like. I think they call them scrimp beads.
