An Easy Pattern Good For Young Girls?

Hey to everyone,
I normally on each Christmas make something for the daughters of the people I work with. I try to stimulate their interest in "homemade" stuff.
They are getting into their teens now so I would like to make them a "Friendship Bracelet" and then give them enough supplies and pattern to make one for their "besties".
I looked through your site yesterday and found the hemp bracelet with beads and this is the one I think I will use.
Does anyone have a pattern worded for young girls or some very simple instructions?
